Implementation of R&D results at Tronix Sp. z o.o. by launching a production line for electronic devices using the company’s own wireless communication technology in line with the Internet of Things (IoT) concept
Project summary
The direct objective of the project is to bring to market the company’s own research carried out under Measure 1.2 of the Regional Operational Programme for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, covering a technology for building networks of physical objects that communicate wirelessly in mesh mode using the IP protocol at the network layer, in line with the IoT concept, intended for use in industrial environments. Expanding the company to implement this product innovation will allow the Applicant to diversify its business and gain a competitive advantage in the currently “niche” market of services based on the Internet of Things concept.
The project consists of one main substantive task, which is the essence of this intervention: the purchase and launch of an SMT production line for manufacturing the devices. Based on the dedicated devices it has designed, the company will provide network-building services. The production line consists of an automatic precision stencil printer, a Pick&Place assembly machine with a camera system, a zoned reflow soldering oven with several heating zones and a cooling zone, and a conveyor system for the line, i.e. magazines for automatic loading and unloading of boards. The main investment will be accompanied by two activities supporting the investment process: project promotion and preparatory work.
The project will be implemented from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, with the main investment part from 01.04.2023 to 31.12.2023.
